THE MENTAL EDGE SERIES
What is it?
The Mental Edge Series is a 4-week virtual group coaching program that applies the science of behavior analysis to athlete mental performance. Designed for high school athletes, this program builds foundational skills in self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, and accountability, the mental tools that separate good athletes from great ones.
Rooted in Behavioral- Sports Psychology, The Mental Edge Series gives athletes a concrete, observable framework for understanding and changing their own behavior in and out of the locker room.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the series, athletes will be able to:
Identify their personal behavioral patterns and what triggers them
Apply at least two emotional regulation strategies in high-pressure situations
Use behavior-specific language when giving and receiving feedback
Build a 30-day personal performance action plan with measurable targets
Understand the connection between consistent behavior and athletic identity
Give a high school girl athlete the opportunity to develop the mental skills needed to succeed in sports and life.
